EMPLOYMENT, INDUSTRY OR TRADE

HE (PEACE AND BLESSINGS OF ALLAAH BE UPON HIM) SAID THAT SEEKING HALAL EARNINGS IS ONE DUTY AFTER ANOTHER.

The four basic human resources are livelihood, employment, trade, industry, and industry.

1 Job: It means to cling and not to be separated, to be obligated, so the meaning of employment is to be obliged to be with someone for the sake of profit. The proof of employment we find in the Qur'an He was employed for eight years.

There is a large number of employed professionals in society. Employment is a good profession but it does not have the freedom that is in trade, commerce, and industry. Can't do anything as if he has sold his services for a certain fee. He can be suspended for disobeying the order. The officer has to say yes. However, some officers are honest and do not like flattery and also expect honesty and hard work from their subordinates and if the employee works hard and intelligently, he is promoted to a better position. Hours are strictly restricted, he is free after duty, then whatever he wants to do, the working man leaves the worries of his office in the office and there is no burden on him. Earned leaves, casual leaves are said to be in addition to the holidays.

2. Agriculture, industry, and handicrafts: Crafts, trades, and industries are similar jobs. This means making different things. An industrialist buys raw materials, prepares them, and sells them. This has to be done in two ways. One is to do the work yourself. The other is to make the goods from the artisans in the form of a factory. All the necessary items are manufactured by the manufacturers Such as textiles, electrical equipment, bulldozers, tractors, buses, water, and airplanes, etc., which can be used to gauge the wealth, prestige, and empire of these industrialists. They are in the ranks of countries. This is also the reason for the rapid development of Japan. Every person there is an industrialist. Research and curiosity are urgently needed to achieve progress in this profession.

3- Trade: Allah has bestowed the greatest blessings on trade. He said, "Allah has divided wealth into ten parts, given nine parts to the trade and one part to other professions."

It is as if this is the best profession which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) himself has adopted. There is no subordination in it. Trade does not only benefit the trader but it also benefits the laborer to the car owner. This cycle is very wide. It becomes a source of livelihood for the manufacturer, the buyer, and the seller.

After the establishment of Pakistan, nature gave us a great opportunity and we became traders intentionally and unintentionally. We got markets, shops became available, opportunities to export products and imports also became available.

Now it is our duty to work hard and be honest wherever we are in whatever profession we are associated with. Work with the spirit of development and prosperity of the country and the nation so that the country can be proud in the world.
