BAN ON TEHREEK-E-LUBAIK, ACTION UNDER ANTI-TERRORISM ACT ON RECOMMENDATION OF PUNJAB GOVERNMENT, SUMMARY SENT TO FEDERAL CABINET, INTERIOR MINISTER

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that on the recommendation of the Punjab government, it has been decided to ban Tehreek-e-Libek Pakistan under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 and a summary are being sent to the cabinet.

The TLP's actions have tarnished the image of the country at the international level. We wanted to present the resolution in the assembly by consensus. We had great efforts but they wanted to come to Faizabad and Islamabad anyway. The draft wanted all Europeans to leave Pakistan.

Cases will be registered against those who took the law into their own hands, closed roads will be restored, abducted policemen will be rescued. "I myself am a soldier of the Holy Prophet and the End of Prophethood," he said.

As far as the end of prophethood and the honor of the Prophet is concerned, my soul is also present. The law is being pursued by those who block roads and send messages of insecurity on social media.

By doing so, they will cause problems not for the government but for themselves. They are in agreement. The government will definitely introduce a bill in the National Assembly on the deportation of the French ambassador and a bill will be introduced in which the flag of the Prophet will be raised. 

Addressing a keynote press conference at his residence here on Wednesday, the Home Minister said, "We wanted to present a resolution in the National Assembly by consensus that would send a good message to the world, but the leaders of Tehreek-e-Libek did not take state affairs into account." And wanted a draft that would give the world the impression that Pakistan is an extremist state. 

He said that I myself am a soldier of the Holy Prophet and the end of Prophethood and no one has been imprisoned for this mission more than me. Prime Minister Imran Khan raised the flag of the Holy Prophet in the United Nations. As the ambulances were stopped yesterday and the patients were suffering and oxygen vehicles were not allowed to go in the cod situation, this situation is unacceptable. 

The Home Minister said that all the roads including GT Road and Motorway have been restored, two policemen were martyred and 340 injured in the attacks of Tehreek-e-Libek. 

"Whenever we called the leaders of Tehreek-e-Libek, they would come to our homes to record what strategy should be adopted in their absence," he said. 

The Home Minister said that the people of the religious party who are running social media are making a mistake, how long can they do this? By doing so, they will cause problems not for the government but for themselves.
