OFFICIAL RECORD OF PAYMENT TO FAKE BROADSHEET COMPANY MISSING
The official record of payment to Islamabad fake broadsheet company has disappeared, files from Ministry of Law, Ministry of Finance, Attorney General's Office, part of registration from payment file from Pakistan High Commission London has been stolen. According to the report of Justice Azmat Commission, a former female legal consultant did not appear. The report submitted to the Prime Minister's Office by the commission comprising Justice (retd) Sheikh Azmat Saeed said that the payment of 15 1.5 million to the Broadsheet Company could not be termed as mere negligence. The files have been stolen from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Law, and the Attorney General's Office, while the registration file from the Pakistan High Commission in London has also disappeared.
According to media reports, the report of the Broadsheet Inquiry Commission was received by the Prime Minister's Office. The report was received by the Joint Secretary Zahid Maqsood in the Prime Minister's Office. The Broadsheet Commission report and related records consist of 500 pages. The commission recorded the statements of a total of 26 witnesses. A former female legal consultant did not appear before the commission despite repeated summonses.
The commission's report revealed that the record of the 15 1.5 million paid to the broadsheet company was missing. The report also revealed that the payment of 1.5 million to the broadsheet company was incorrect. The payment cannot be termed as careless, this payment is a fraud with the state of Pakistan and this payment was made deliberately. The details received by the Broadsheet Commission have also been received from NAB and provided by NAB.
Statements of some people have also been provided to the Broadsheet Commission by the NAB. The report submitted by the commission said that billions of rupees were deliberately lost to Pakistan. The report also identified those who deliberately caused billions of rupees to the country.
