APPLICATION FOR PROTECTIVE BAIL, 2 HOURS TIME TO BRING IMRAN TO COURT
During
the hearing on the security bail application of Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the
Lahore High Court, the court granted him an extension of 12:30 today to appear.
When the hearing started, Imran Khan's lawyers appeared before
Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh.
Advocate Azhar Siddique submitted his lawyer's letter on behalf
of Imran Khan and told the court that the meeting with the doctors is going on,
there are also party concerns about security, and they are trying their best to reach
the court in 2 hours.

The court declared that the case will be heard at 12:30.
Yesterday, after the anti-terrorism court of Islamabad rejected
the bail, Imran Khan's protective bail application was heard in the Lahore High
Court.
During the hearing, Imran Khan's lawyer took the position that
there is a security problem, Imran Khan cannot even walk.
The court said that who asked to walk? They send the police
and take a summons. According to the law, it is mandatory for the accused to
appear in the court for security, you ask the IG Punjab for security. Legally,
the application should be dismissed, but I am giving a discount.
Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh of Lahore High Court refused to
grant security bail to Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan without his
appearance and remarked that Imran will not be brought on a stretcher or in an
ambulance without his appearance.
The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing till this morning.
