FUNERAL PRAYERS OF PERVEZ MUSHARRAF WERE PERFORMED

The funeral prayer of former President General Retired Pervez Musharraf was performed at Polo Ground in Malir Cantt, Karachi.

 Khalid Maqbool, Mustafa Kamal, Farooq Sattar, Farogh Naseem participated in the funeral prayer.

Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad also participated in the funeral prayer.

Former Army Chief General Retired Qamar Javed Bajwa, General Retired Ashfaq Parvez Kayani also participated in the funeral prayer.

Pervez Musharraf's burial arrangements have been completed at the military cemetery where he will be laid to rest.

Security personnel have been deployed around the military cemetery.

It should be noted that on February 5, former President General Retired Pervez Musharraf died at the age of 79 in the American Hospital in Dubai.

Last night, a special plane carrying the dead body of former President Pervez Musharraf arrived in Karachi from Dubai

Pervez Musharraf's family members and personal staff members were present on this special flight.

The dead body of Pervez Musharraf was brought to Malir Cantt from the airport.
